1) A related degree as compared to the relevant IFS standard (bachelor’s and/or master’s degree equivalents) and two (2) years professional experience in the industry – specific to production activities (quality, production, R & D, etc.).
2) If the candidate has a university degree but not one related to an IFS standard (bachelor’s and/ or master’s degree equivalents) then the candidate shall have five (5) years professional experience in the industry – specific to production activities related to the relevant IFS standard (quality, production, R & D, etc.).
3) Professional education with relation to the IFS standard’s scope (high degree) and five (5) years professional experience in the industry – specific to food production activities (quality, production, R & D, etc.).
4) 100 working days in consulting activities.
